All pre-order items are purchased and paid for in advance. These items are not currently in stock and will ship once received from our supplier.

Estimated shipping timeframes will be provided with each product. If an order is delayed, customers will be notified and may choose to accept the delay or receive a full refund.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, our regular return policy applies.
